Who are And One? And One are a German synthpop/EBM band founded in 1989 by Steve Naghavi and Chris Ruiz. They have 15 studio albums, 2 live albums, 2 compilation albums, 1 video album, 5 extended plays, 21 singles and 17 music videos. Their first single was Metalhammer, released in 1990, which was considered a significant club hit in Berlin. Their first studio album, Anguish, released in 1991.

The band has gone through a total of eight members in its 33 year lifespan. The band's frontrunner, Steve Naghavi, has remained in the band since its conception. His co-founder, Chris Ruiz, has been on-and-off - primarily serving between 1989 and 1991, and 2002 to 2011. The band currently consists of Steve Naghavi, Joke Jay, Rick Schah and Nico Wieditz, with the large majority of the band's discography being written by Naghavi and Jay.
